• The star rating & return business will always revolve around the collection time. At one stage was told 3-4 weeks! Glad to see Rhino have now updated the website reflecting a realistic 5-10 days for collection. In my case the 5-10 day collection time was achieved, so I'm happy to give 4 stars.
  Rhino need a secure website. Phoned my order through, as didn't want to risk my card details on an un-secure website.

• I had a lot of construction rubble to get rid off. I bought the bags filled them at the border of my property and called Rhino bags. Within 2 days they had come and collected the bags. Service was very good from the person with whom i placed the order to the driver that took my rubbish.
